Constitutional Rights

Chelsea believes the United States and North Carolina constitutions exist to protect individual liberties and limit government power. As Henderson County's representative, she will defend constitutional rights and oppose government overreach. For Chelsea, protecting the Constitution means protecting the freedoms of the people she represents.
